The Managing Director, Bafana Makhubo is an admitted attorney and corporate governance professional who possesses more than 20 years of company secretarial, legal and corporate governance experience gathered in both the public and private sector organisations. In addition, he works with high calibre legal and corporate governance practitioners who share his passion for good governance and who have placed their expertise at Board Vision’s disposal with one main objective: to create real and tangible value for our clients.
